Starters include pan fried pigeon breast, wild boar terrine, rabbit loin with rosti…
Mains include whole roast partridge with game chips and creamed leeks; venison steak with herby new potatoes, cabbage and red wine sauce; duck breasts with dauphinoise potatoes, spinach and game sauce
Desserts will be typical scrumptious Turfs puds!
